You can wait and use it after expanding a few times - the price does get higher with each new room - or you can use it right now! Regardless, if  you're confused, here's the rundown.

Expand the lower right menu by clicking the arrow.

Select the friends icon 

Look at some of my super cute friends! Lookin' good!

Click the last tab to access the "Invite Bonus" page where you can input your code and find out more about inviting others to the game using your code.

And then enter the code "E7QYK" in the blank space after "Get FREE Room!"
